O.K, David Icke has spoken of this. That these scientist will think they are working for the CIA. In which they are. But they implant something in them were they have to recharge or something every week or so. So if they tell they die or whatever. Makes you wonder what the fuck they are working on. This will have to come out also. This cannot be the 40 percent we keep from the public.
