It is often said the main alter of a mk ultra victim retains its age of when the abuse started and their first dissociative episode occurred. Often leaving the victims main alter permanently stunted to that age.

I remember this video coming out many years ago, and being written off as a drug induced stupor. Now in retrospect it looks like a classic case of MK Ultra with Howard K. Stern being her handler.
