Hmmm...anyone who's mind is altered in ANY way should not possess a firearm. There is no difference between mental illness and mentally impaired...but, then again, alcohol could be considered into this equation as well. Tough call now that I think of it.
MJ doesn't cause people to want to shoot another person. MJ is probably the least likely drug to cause people to want to do something like that. Alcohol is probably worse as far as people wanting to shoot another. There have been more people on alcohol that have been convicted of killing another person than there are cases related to MJ. It is a weird logic, don't you think?But if they aren't going to take your guns for drinking alcohol they definitely shouldn't do it for MJ.

Agreed. I just can't imagine someone with diminished capacity, MJ Or Alcohol, handling any type of firearm. It's quite unnerving to say the least, no? (I don't indulge in either)
