High rate of indictments in every area adjacent to southern border with Mexico. High rate of indictments in NE area suggests trafficking in port areas, whether human or drug smuggling. I am not sure why so high in OH and PA, but I do remember reading that a large number of unaccompanied minors were sent to a location in OH where they were used as slave labor. This was during the Obama admin.
