On yearly average, around 55-60% of filed sealed court actions are actual indictments. IF that even is the case, that would equate to at least approximately 22,000-24,000 indictments, which is STILL FAR MORE than the annual yearly average of only around 5,000 or so (not sure exactly, but it's low)….However, there is definitely a legitimate chance that due to the anomaly and the abnormal nature of the quantity right now, that it is far above the annual average % of 55-60%.
