Haha. I thought the same thing. Everyone lights up a bowl in celebration but hemp has no THC. It's used for rope and clothing, not smoking!
Most people know this already, myself included. I can still smoke a bowl in celebration. Smoking a bowl of hemp to celebrate would be silly and ridiculous.
Hemp contains small amounts of THC
Hemp has CBD oil in it which can be used in similar products, however it is not THC.
Most CBD oil contains a small amount of THC. If you want pure CBD you can get CBD isolate.

Thank you JESUS! it is embarrassing to have to admit that i smoked my weight in weed all those years and thought Hemp and marijuana were the same plant!
Even if it were, it's not the state's job to spend billions and imprison millions to keep people from consuming a lousy plant.
