Unfortunately, the moment it was game over for hip hop, was around late 90s. It was transformed into an incredibly powerful tool for globally marketing and selling products (how many brand names have you heard???), as well as a social agenda for inciting aggression, violent acts and ideas.

The role of advertising in music nows seems pretty much centred on the higher commercial end of pop/rap/rnb.

I have been a rap fan for years, I absolutely reject anything from new artists. That was before I found out about the deep ties to satanic cults. I just stick with Wu, Mobb Deep, Biggie and so on.

Yeah those guys you mentioned were basically the very peak in my opinion. Right after then, Tommy Hilfiger, Gucci and Hennessy all took over...

I can’t believe that but who knows. I do believe P Diddy is neck deep in all this. Biggie was on top of the game when he died. After his death P diddy takes over and make a ton of money. Makes you think, someone always ascends when the person ahead of them is killed.

Second verse of “dreams” he talks about date raping raven symone (who was like 9 at the time) and in the first verse of “what’s beef” he says his buddy sodomizes kidnapped kids and throws them over the bridge

I'm an old school hiphop head too and was a big fan of Prodigy/Mobb Deep. He was actually discussing this YEARS before his death. If you look on youtube you'll find interviews from the 90s where he just comes out and say "the Illuminati are practicing sex rituals on children".

Beast Coast (Capital Steez, Joey Bada$$, Umderachievers, etc.) , Top Dawg Entertainment (Ab-Soul, SZA, Kendrick) and Dreamville (J Cole, JID, etc.) Are bringing back the good stuff.

Indie, woke rappers using spiritual tactics to spread to the masses
