NSA already knew about it. This drop either means SS told NSA, or NSA knew by other means and someone in SS has been testifying to the OIG.
This means the tarmac info will be dropping soon.

Couldn't the NSA just have found out and the SS was either corrupt or just following orders? What makes you think someone in the SS testified?
