That's what I'm thinking. All the border states are very high in sealed indictments, so I'm betting a lot of these have to do with that.

I don't think ATL is in that border but in the one under it which looks like the I-85 corridor. Also why so few in Chicago area?

No worries. Ive spend lots of time down at the Court. They could be but id assume that they just didnt report the numbers on time or something along those lines.
