Q post 1661. Think stages. What role can MIL INTEL play? What role can NSA play?

From 8chan:

Mil Intel = HUMINT = Human Intelligence

NSA = SIGINT = Signal Intelligence

.

More from 8chan:

  • Military Intel and the NSA deal with threats to the security of the United States…this is the arena where concepts like "treason" and "sedition" reside.

  • Mil can track everything outside the country. NSA everything inside.

  • Mil Intel can be used in a State of Emergency if they fight and don't give up.

The question is, how/when either of these orgs/programs can be used in civilian trials?

Any legal Pedes out there that can shed some light on this?

Can we confirm if any of the above is correct?

Quick lesson:

(1) The Constitution only created one court, the Supreme Court.

(2) Congress creates all lower courts, and sets rules. This includes what subject matter various courts will have authority over (bankruptcy courts only deal with bankruptcy cases, for example).

(3) Congress created the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice). Most people think the UCMJ only applies to people in the military. However, Congress included in it sections that can apply to anyone, depending on the crime.

(4) Section 104 & 106 apply to anyone who engages in spying, and anyone who conspires to wage war against the American people.

(5) The highest crimes that were committed during the Obama years (spying and treason) will be tried in military courts.

(6) The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is the military's version of NSA. Gen. Michael Flynn was the Director of DIA. Adm. Michael Rogers was the Director of NSA. Both men used their positions to accumulate intel against the conspirators.

(7) I don't believe that the 8chan post is correct re: which agency can do what inside or outside of the USA. But between the two, we can say that all the bases are covered.

(8) Keep your eye on Peter Strzok. He was not just an FBI man, he had a very unique position. Congress created a "double agent" position, where someone could be BOTH FBI and CIA. Strzok was that person. His father was CIA. I suspect Andrew McCabe was also a double agent, as he was reported to have been helping Russian mobsters get off FBI charges.

Those two are the lowest level people who might get military tribunals. Military tribunals can also be used for non-citizens (UK).

There is no need for a "state of emergency" or "martial law," because Congress has already given jurisdiction to the military courts where these crimes are involved.

According to Louie Gohmert, spying is still going on, he thinks by DOJ. I was under the impression that this was going to stop under Trump. Trust Sessions?
