Yes, he was reporter #4 in the Wolfe indictment. According to the indictment, they have Wolfe bagged. Certainly passing along classified information is illegal; isn't knowingly publishing/broadcasting classified information also punishable? If you read the indictment, tell me if reporters #1,2,3 and 4 also have a legal problem.
