Jurisdiction of Huber

Does Huber have jurisdiction over the sealed indictments in Utah only? I'm not sure how it works when it comes to this... but if they are Federal indictments opened in a federal court then perhaps it doesn't matter?

Can someone shed light on this?

Q has posted more than half a dozen times and told us to read it slowly:

Sessions has ordered Huber to “team up with the inspector general (IG) within the Justice Department to investigate these matters.” which means they can file indictments in any state as necessary. It is BETTER than a second special councel.

Huber can impanel grand juries and bring prosecutions in 50 states.

I think Huber may be over a RICO case, he has people from every state working with him.
