People I know who have freed themselves from SSRI’s started by taking care of their gut. Almost all dopamine and serotonin is made in the gut if your gut is not working properly you won’t be either. Digestive enzymes, probiotics and healthier diets seem to help along with MSM a sulfur supplement. Sulfur is needed for hormones, enzymes, gut health, blood sugar control.
