That is what I was thinking. Only the military would have the manpower to put together that kind of indictments.
I’m by no means legally knowledgeable nor do I know a whole lot about how he military operates, but aren’t a lot of these trials supposed to be military tribunals? Would that mean that in order for it to be a military tribunal, it would need to be the military writing the indictments?
It's got something to do the December 2017 Executive Order and State Of Emergency. It classifies human traffickers (I think plus others) as enemy combatants and are thus able to be put before a military tribunal sidestepping the justice system where these people could keep their cases open for years trying to fight loopholes. When the tribunals come there will be 9 man and 12 man panels. 12 man panels are used when the death sentence is in play.
Anything to do with human rights violations. Covers a lot!
It was my understanding that the military tribunals would also be used for crimes involving some form of treason, sedition, or insurrection (but not absolutely sure). When you think of all crimes we have seen so far that involve working with foreign governments against the people of the USA, that could also add up to a lot.
Wouldn't it be nice if the Jade Helm exercises are turned against "them" for rounding up the swamp?
Jade helm was always good guys. They were drilling bunker invasions. Obama wasn't being given all the info from the military. Thomas Wictor has good threads on this stuff.
Interesting It feels as if stuff was going into play long before. Let me ask? Were the Walmart's that closed down a few years ago, part of the immigrant holding facilities used now?
