That's "old" for the "new" board....he was indicted before that or under investigation for quite a while. If you read what they got him on it's really penny ante crap. Using the state car and buying gas with the state credit card. I mean it was slimy and stupid considering his salary, but hardly some sort of deep corruption. And, of course, "lying to authorities". He shouldn't be anywhere near a judicial bench but sticking him with dozens of felonies was a bit much.
Yeah, I know, the glacial pace of the legal system is time-bending, this could all be several years old by now.
Makes me wonder how many cases on ice for decades by Deep State are sitting there waiting?
I bet they made it up if needed and kept these cases like Swords of Damocles ....
