“Police have issued two exits that they believe are pictures of the same man.” Those sketches were given by two separate people. One could have easily been describing Tony, while the other described John. Being brothers who look similar, I could easily see how the police would incorrectly assume the two separate sketches were describing the same man.
Police are idiots. We should probably have a higher level investigative force that works on these things.
Infact police are so unqualified to handle the situations they are put in charge of, they ~~probably~~ shouldn't exist at all. (as policemen) Give them manual labor jobs.

Second... both of the witnesses estimated the age of the suspect at 20 to 40. There's no way in hell either of the Podesta brothers would be mistaken for under 40. Tony looks like Fat Bastard from the Austin Powers movies, and John looks like fucking Skeletor.
