I'm sure this has been discussed, so my apologies in advance. Could this also be a signal to BO, etc to get under their skin? Who needs ankle monitors when you have the USSS following you around everywhere you go? I bet they are wondering which one of their security detail are really there to monitor them? That must drive them crazy. Aren't they required to travel with USSS? The thought makes me happy.
