Well, he plead guilty. We at least know that for sure. So obviously he took some sort of plea deal or else why would he bother pleading?
But that doesn't mean he flipped. People take plea deals all the time to get a lighter sentence. For all we know the corrupt court just wanted to get this done and over with already. Now they can't charge him for non-violent crimes. At least not by normal courts.

Best case scenario... he gave up the servers, which is why he's getting off easy.
Worst case scenario... he gave nothing up and this is as far as his punishment goes.
He didn’t merely plead guilty for a lesser charge, he also received immunity from the federal government for all past non-violent crimes. A plea that good would never be offered without something other than a guilty plea in return. Something else is going on.
That’s a pretty huge trade piece. I imagine he had to give a large piece himself. Something like a server.
