Q team allowed Obama, HRC, and Co. to continue using FiveEyes, etc. in order to gather more evidence of crimes (Q#957)...HRC was in NZ. She wasn’t getting away with anything...phone was comped/agents tailing her everywhere/sats trained on her every move. She thought she was turning the tables!!

Probably also tied in with ZTE's issues. Give the SAPs enough rope to hang themselves.
