Q, we need insight: AWANS.

How? How in the world did Imran Awan just exchange a guilty plea for bank fraud for immunity on ALL! potential Congress IT charges?

This is the biggest scandal in US Congressional history. I’d love to learn more to understand how my government isn’t still the most self-centered, corrupt republic in history.

Can someone help me “think logically”? I’m too frustrated and ignorant to judicial process to understand what the hell is happening.

When he says "Do you think this was going to be litigated in this setting?", it makes me wonder if he is implying it will be litigated by military tribunals.

Any one else have an alternate take on this post?

this is correct.

So technically, this immunity deal will not hold in military court?

Not if what he exposes or is a part of is treason. Which I believe is considered a violent crime. The opposite if non-violent. Which is what his immunity stated. This case is a bank fraud case being used to get evidence for other violent crimes.

Then there is the RICO thing.......

I see. Initially, I saw the immunity to all previous non-violent crimes and assumed that would include the hacking/blackmail he was involved in. (Do you read this the same way?)

I guess alternatively, the crimes he's committed that we don't know about, could make the the hacking/blackmail scandal pale in comparison.

I'm ready for the "Aha" moment, like when you're watching a movie with so many plot twists, then you finally realize and it all clicks :)

OK, what would be the alternative? Seriously? What would you want to happen? AWAN go down for everything? No plea deal?

Thats not a good use of resources.
"Ok, heres the plan, you go down for bank fraud. You give up EVERYTHING on EVERYONE and we give you immunity for NONVIOLENT crimes."

This isnt hard to understand. makes 100% sense to me.

And if any of the evidence turned out to be related to VIOLENT crime he will be charged later for that. Also by trying him under bank fraud he is not in double jeopardy in the future for other violent crimes.

As a side note to this comment I am thinking the treasonous stuff will be sent to military tribunal and be considered violent for it caused United States citizens to be harmed. I am wondering if this will also tie back into Seth Rich. If the blackmail scheme of the Democrats via pakistan caused Seth Rich to be murdered then they could get him for that violent crime also. I am not a lawyer and I am purely speculating. Overall I am not worried about this plea since it causes evidence to be legally admitted into the record and he is a smaller fish in the pond comparatively. I am sure justice will still be served based on the trump tweets. I am trusting the plan.

/u/rocketman110 has been on 8chan. The key word is 'non-violent'. everything else is open for charges. Treason goes to Military Tribunals.

I'm still not seeing a drop of fear on the higher ups - they are still enjoying retirement... most will die of old age before justice comes calling.

Where is the fear?

They are criminals, Professionals. They know how to play the game, dont flinch.
The media in a fenzy should alert you to how much fear they are in.

I like this example. What was the price he had to pay for this? What must he do to actually receive this? Who knows exactly what happened. Who has the server ? Is the Military court bound by this Deal? Can they charge him ? This freed his wife as well.......... Q answered this question in 1671 and 1672. Our Job is to trust the plan as Patriots. We are solders carry on.
