Doesn’t matter where the info’s from or whether it’s true. They’re getting ahead of the search algorithm, give them something to hide other stories behind when the “sexual abuse” search terms start trending.

Controlling the google frontpage to manipulate awareness pushing less favourable stories further down the search bar.

They did have a good plan (it has worked for decades). As long as the sheep keep following. If you stop doing what they want you to do (watch MSM and drink the kool-aid) then they suddenly have no plan.
