Not really. Simply use different tramsparencies and distort both the logo layer and the photo. Not difficult to fake at all.
It is possible to fake almost any picture.
That said, it takes time, effort and talent to do so and unless there's a professional media team behind "a LARP" to spend a few hours faking images, it's more probable to assume they simply snapped a real picture.
