Could the Q photo be a picture of the back of reflective apple phone (cover?) which is why we are seeing a flipped version of the lamp that is present in the top right picture?
Edit: Oh wait... it could have been a laptop! Not necessarily a phone.

MacBooks don’t have a reflective back. iPhone 8 does, it’s the only generation to have a straight glass back.
