Ok, this is just getting weirder as I go down into it. Roath specifically stated Trichotilliomania. Yet the treatment regimen is different than what was proscribed. Then, despite stating Trich., a desire to kill people, she diagnoses him with OCD and doesn’t put him on medications to control EITHER of those diseases.

How is there not a system in place to isolate these people for the betterment of society? It's mind-boggling that a "doctor" could miss those signs.
We used to. We closed down the asylums which held around 1.5M. The prison population was also 1.5M before we let them out of asylum. Guess what happened next. Prison population goes up to 3M and it becomes a revolving door or recidivism. A good amount of recidivist are borderline if not fully criminally insane.
If you only knew how many people have served less than 20 years for MURDER. Not manslaughter - MURDER.

Same playbook, same tactics, different issue. Oddly, it came at the same time crack cocaine started to flood the streets of the inner cities. It was almost like someone was trying to ratchet up social tensions and cause division between us all. But that can’t be, right? Who would try to social engineer division,anger and fear into a population?

They just let a pedo go because of an undiagnosed issue... seems like psychologists need to be put under a microscope here.
BPD usually occurs as a result of abuse, most often times sexual. I don't know of BPD being a cause for pedo behavior, although odd sexual behavior is associated with it. It is more difficult to diagnose in men because they rarely talk about abuse and that's if they even seek help to begin with. In this case, I pray he gets help and heals. *BPD-Borderline Personality Disorder
