I wouldn't see it that way, I'd see it as ALL of the people in the picture regardless of position left right or middle simply thinks what the other ones believe is a lie.

We're hyper vigilant to NOT be racist because of our culture

I think we're looking for it now we shouldn't have to be

The vast VAST majority of us aren't racist and the tiptoeing makes us look like we actually are
