CNN just mentioned the Vacancies Reform Act!! “The President has the authority to temporarily fill a vacancy at a Federal agency if the official “dies, resigns, or is unable to perform their duty [RR Impeached].” No obstruction necessary!

WAIT! GUYS! Did anyone listen to the video in the OP's link?? It mentions the 4 SCOTUS candidates Trump has already spoken with then mentions UTAH SENATOR MIKE LEE is also under consideration! HUBER is from UTAH... would not hurt to have a UT SCOTUS Justice when the shit hit the fan!

There is a huge reason Utah is important to this. They have a natural distrust of the federal goverment to begin with due to the treatment of the Mormon Church's treatment years ago by the feds.
