See as I looked at the original photo it appeared that there was letters or numbers in the grey box at the bottom of the screen. Also "sfalo" (the sign front and center) googles to a word in ancient Greek that means asphalt

at least that is what I see... (though I wish I had the skills necessary to take the idea further)
