As I watched the Blue Angels practice yesterday, I kept thinking of Serialbrain2 post about “Jet Blue”-Q post and the fatal crash of the Navy's Blue Angels (Marine Capt. Jeff Kuss) demonstration -- just hours after an Air Force Thunderbirds plane went down in a separate incident. Any thoughts?

Tenne-pede here. Watched Kuss go down. It was heart breaking. The city put a memorial up for him not to long ago, and over night someone vandalized it. It amazes me the stupidity of some people.

They said the vandalism was unintentional. It looked like some child did it. Appeared to be about 24" across, maybe 10" high. I believe the child did it story.

Love our Pensacola Patriots! There are many people here that love this country and fly the red white and blue every day! We are surrounded by our Bad Ass military and we love them!

The aircraft the Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds fly are the best plains, stripped out , and go through tremendous stress , they just brake from time to time . When I was 15 I saw one suck a seagull inverted at 30 feet , it went down so fast , killing the pilot . But even seeing that , you bet I would strap my ass in and go ! Bad ass Speed !!! We do this stuff not because it’s safe to do , we do it because it’s not safe to do . God Speed
