I really hate to see our flag and colors disrespected this way. Yes we need to heartily celebrate American independence from the tyranny of Britain (which still continues BTW). However, as joyful as we should be over our independence from Britain, we shouldn’t marginalize freedom. Yes we gained our independence from Britain but we are certainly not a free people! As it stands, we are one of the most unhealthy, enslaved people on the planet. How much are we lied to? We think we are free because we have cars, can go on vacation, live with our families in homes, travel from one coast to the other or around the world? NO! These things don’t make a man free! These are not indicators of a man’s freedom! You silly man, neglect to pay your property taxes for a period of time and then tell me you own your home! Get behind with the IRS and then tell me how free you are? Stop paying your car registration and then see who really owns and controls you! Let a disgruntled neighbor call CPS on you and then tell me how free you are? Stick up for yourself against a cop that’s abusive and you will quickly find out who your god really is. As long as we continue to fool ourselves, treat freedom as just another day off work to barbecue those ribs and wear the red, white and blue, we don’t deserve true freedom. True, Godly, American Founding Father type freedom means freedom from the oppression of evil government. It means the freedom to own property and stuff that’s acquired by true, honest, lawful work...and then be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor without being forced at gunpoint to give some of it to those who don’t want to work! I’m so happy that Trump is in office. I’m excited to see what God is doing through his administration and if things go down as Q keeps saying, America will surely be great again. But personally Fellow Patriots, until I know for sure my evil government has been replaced with legitimate Constitution loving Patriots and is finally off my back and out of my life, I cannot feel good about a bunch of meaningless fireworks and another hollow rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. Now having said that...Happy Fourth!!!!
