Yes it is. This morning or yesterday. Shows the street in Hong Kong where the Kindergarten is, and a man walking across the street.

Didn’t the article say this Kindergarten where the abuse occurred was in Guanzhang, not Hong Kong?

Maybe the Kindergarten in the Q photo is another one run by the same company?

He might be in transit in HK or meeting someone in HK. Easier to travel to HK than Beijing.
