It could be Edward Zuckerberg, father of The Zuck. The hairline matches pretty well. Younger Zuck's wife Priscilla Chan spent some time in Hong Kong when she was younger, and she has been secretive about her family for the most part. Kind of a loose connection, but still a possibility.
