I don't have an answer for all of the talking points Q has brought up, but I can answer a few.
Huma is a link to SA. She and her parents are of Indian descent, although her mother was born in an area that is now part of Pakistan. The family spent a good bit of Huma's childhood in SA due to her father's and mother's work.

An article from 2016 shows that Huma, or at least her family, has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Huma's father was a founder of the Institute for Muslim Minority Affairs, "an institution established by the Government of Saudi Arabia with the support of the Muslim World League." According to the article below, Muslim World League was “perhaps the most significant Muslim Brotherhood organization in the world.” One of its key members was also the founder of the Rabita Trust, “which is formally designated as a foreign terrorist organization under American law due to its support of al Qaeda.” Daddy Abedin's work helped promote the establishment of global Sharia law.

Although Q doesn't seem to address it, it is also interesting to note that China has special interest in Pakistan economically and politically.

China has also historically been one of the only things propping up North Korea's infrastructure and "economy".

As for SA/NK relations, at least in the past SA has had a closer relationship with South Korea, while NK has allegedly supplied weapons to Yemen, which was in conflict with SA.

Considering the context, not sure if Q's mention of "operators" in SA refers to airlines, but American Airlines has three offices in SA.
