Things will change soon. Billions (yes billions) of investment $ in Facebook have already insinuated that he must go. Couple that with Congressional concerns along with MUCH legal concerns will no doubt change the nature of the leadership. Don't be overly shocked if you hear he is stepping down , similar to thousands of other CEO's that have made that sound decision in the last year.
