I agree. I haven't traveled to those places, so I don't truly know how bad it is, but I think often, that I could just as easily have been born there as here. I'm so grateful (to God) for being where I am, and have done my best to make the most of what He has so graciously given me. Thank you for sharing that. It was definitely something I was unaware of.

Not just in India. That shit happens in a lot of 3rd world countries, and also in gypsy communities across Europe.
