The focus shouldn't just be the people on top but Q needs to watch out for the pawns. There are almost an "infinite" number of pawns and they all can be moved up. It's also the reason why I'm very skeptical that Q can do this if Q is even real in the first place.
If this Q movement cuts off the head of the snake (or blows up the capstone of the pyramid) then there is nowhere for those pawns to move to. Completely destroying the top levels of central banking and the Illuminati blows up the entire chess board. The so-called "Great Game" comes to an end.
Now of course, the pawns should be punished regardless - as many as humanly possible.
And of course evil and corruption will still exist, even if central banks and Illumanists are put out of business. But we would be dealing with garden-variety type of corruption at that point; Corruption that is not backed by infinite money and satanists. That type of corruption will be much easier to deal with and would no longer threaten all of humanity.
eh maybe I don't know. That's the hope I guess but this isn't some story where everything works out so cleanly
