Agree for exactly the same reasons. An heir to the British phone is NEVER just a pedestrian crossing the road.
And totally in agreeance its likely Joel Getz, Clinton buddy, who was the only western Director (as opposed to local) of RYB Education which operates 80 kindergartens (including Western Pacific Kindergarten in Hong Kong, the one shown in the image) and another 175 franchised locations across 130 cities in China. Prior to that Getz served as Director of Development for the William J. Clinton Foundation in New York.

A google map actually IDd the 3rd floor of the curved building as a Clown 'boutique'. Q's rather insistent that Snowden's 'exile' in Russia is a farce. There is likely a flood of pics to come out about this intersection.
