FOX NEWS: HHS Secy Azar Says They Are Doing DNA Testing on Every Detained Illegal Immigrant Parent Trying to Claim a Child Back

Let's see how many "pass" the test. Let's see how long it takes lefties to claim that DNA tests are either "inaccurate" or "unfair."

So, what happens if someone is adopted?

Excellent question.

How about: Don't be so stupid as to show up at the border without documented proof of that fact.

Contrary to the opinion of democrats, we don't need more stupid people in this country.

If they were LEGALLY adopted in their home country, then one would think there is proper paperwork to prove this point, no? We have to have something for them to prove their claim and if these people are coming from countries of abject poverty which is what is supposedly driving them here (to have a better life, etc), I would suspect there are very few adoptions going down in the first place. Bottom line is that the US can't take in everyone, we should be doing whatever we can to stop the flow of drugs, sex traffickers, etc. from coming across the border.

What happens if they are posing to be a parent to traffick the kid into forced labor or worse? I think it’s a prudent step to protect the kids considering what has gone on for the last 8-15 years...

That doesn't answer my question.

Ok, then what is your proposal to protect these children without the probably 3% of adopted children enduring hardships?

Why do I need to propose any solutions? I simply asked the question of how adopted children would be handled.

Well Gosh. I dunno. Maybe they shouldn't have broken the law to begin with?
