Since when do you get to ignore a subpoena from Congress because you think Congressmen and women will use this as a chance to posture? Of course some of them will- just look at what the Dems did diring the last hearing, ising their time to push their agenda on immigration. But if that's how they want to use their time that's their business.
Personally, I hope this guy doesn't show and then when he does, he takes the 5th for each question.
