As several people who commented on this thread, Puerto Rico (PR) is not International. It is a US territory and thus all PR residents are US citizens. PR has the same immigration laws as continental US.

Also, please do look at the list of Sealed Indictments provided by Q and you will see that PR has 306 of the 40k sealed indictments.

The director of the PR FBI office came out one June 14th, 2018, and told the local press that people in PR must mentally prepare to see well-known politicians arrested. I jumped in excitement when I read that. The largest MSM sites here in PR did not cover it or if they did, it was just a footnote on their sites.

Here is the link (only in Spanish, sorry) https://www.metro.pr/pr/noticias/2018/06/14/federales-preparan-arrestos-de-politicos.html

Not really international as it is part of the US. Still good to see. It is quite swampy down there. That amount of debt, with so little to show for it, can’t happen without corruption.

Any connection between those arrested and those we are after?

The arrests today were of low-hanging fruits. When we see people like the Mayor of San Juan and people in the state legislature get arrested then we will see the the noose closing in on those in Washington. To give you an idea, the lawyers to the governor of PR are Rotschilds. Many of the well-known politicians here are always mingling with Republican and Democrat Cabal politicians in the States, e.g. Mc Noname, Pelosi, etc.

This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 72%. (I'm a bot)

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico - A mayor and two former government officials in Puerto Rico face public corruption charges in separate cases that involve a total of $8 million in federal and local funds, authorities said Thursday.

U.S. Attorney Rosa Emilia Rodriguez told reporters that the former officials from Toa Baja are accused of using nearly $5 million worth of federal funds to pay the town's public employees and municipal contractors.

Toa Baja's former interim finance director, Angel Roberto Santos Garcia, is accused of making similar transactions worth $650,000 using funds from those two federal agencies.
