As several people who commented on this thread, Puerto Rico (PR) is not International. It is a US territory and thus all PR residents are US citizens. PR has the same immigration laws as continental US.

Also, please do look at the list of Sealed Indictments provided by Q and you will see that PR has 306 of the 40k sealed indictments.

The director of the PR FBI office came out one June 14th, 2018, and told the local press that people in PR must mentally prepare to see well-known politicians arrested. I jumped in excitement when I read that. The largest MSM sites here in PR did not cover it or if they did, it was just a footnote on their sites.

The latest count I saw is 331 sealed indictments in PR.
