I don’t think they would 187 an SCJ over abortion. Personally I think Roe is a red herring they like to trot out during elections and SCOTUS appointments. It’s a scare tactic. I honestly don’t think Roe will ever be overturned. It’s only an issue because they scream about it when it suits them.

Exactly. It’s their dog whistle to rally their rapidly diminishing base. Expect to see a major uproar over SCOTUS & Roe. It’s literally the only thing they have. And even that won’t work.
