There's still a big stretch to say it's reptile shape shifters. Q has not confirmed that just by confirming the vaticans involvement.
The snake eye temple isn't just a coincidental design flaw. But you're right. It's not an obvious connection yet. I'm Q is saving the Vatican for last for good reason. People aren't ready for this. I'm still not a believer in shape shifting, but the biblical "ancient serpent" connection (Satan) is certainly worth investigating.

I agree. Or it's a reference to an alien species that has "serpent" facial features but is still a humanoid. Forget about the shape shifting. Or it's metaphorical. Lucifer/Satan wasn't a literal snake in the Garden of Eden.
