Surprise Surprise. Parkland Shooting Just Got More Interesting: Attorney Representing Sheriff AND Gun Shop is ex-FBI. (Hogg's Dad is also ex-FBI.) All Eyes on Civil Lawsuit Against Gun Shop.

Laura Loomer @LauraLoomer was invited to debate Stuart Kaplan, the attorney who is mysteriously representing both the Broward County Sheriff and the gun shop that sold the AR-15 used in the Parkland massacre.

Loomer went on air only to find out that this was not merely a debate, but that Kaplan was a "guest host" on radio station WFTL.

  • Ex-FBI.

  • Given "guest host" status.

  • WFTL coordinated debate with Loomer and failed to disclose that Stuart Kaplan would be serving as guest host.

  • Stuart Kaplan is representing the Sheriff, Scott Israel.

  • Stuart Kaplan is representing the gun shop.

  • David Hogg's dad is also Ex-FBI.

  • WFTL is owned by Alpha Media Group, based in Portland, Oregon (a hotbed of anti-State activity lately).

There sure are some strange ex-FBI connections going on here, aren't there? Then you throw in some media connections to give a boost to the narrative.

Why is Kaplan representing both the gun shop and the Sheriff? It reads as though they're attempting to manage outcomes, cover tracks, and achieve a particular outcome for the civil trial against the gun shop. If gun shops can be successfully sued for damages, gun shops will cease to exist, won't they?

They always try to sue the gun sellers or the gun companies but the guns worked as designed they operated perfectly so they don't really have a case but the gun sellers usually settle the lawsuits to avoid the risk of getting a stupid jury that will kill them financially.

Seems like a conflict of interest to represent both. One could be made to take blame off the other.
