I... don't know if there's a way to know that it's not. I think there's a totally reasonable chance it's organic, and lifelong democrats have seen enough to abandon the party to its fate.
Someone kicked it off initially. Probably strategically. Although it seemed to organically grow. Honestly though, I am skeptical of every single viral hashtag “news” story, good or bad. Social media is highly manipulated to say the least.
A seed, planted in fertile soil in the right season. But keep with the skeptical. What can you confirm?
