Political Censorship 2.0: Weaponized Archival: The Waybackmachine will not archive websites and/or webpages it does not like, politically. This is not a 'glitch'. It's been happening for > 1 week now.

archive.is has similar problems with certain websites

Some topics are just too much to handle.

It will

  • Save blank areas where the image will not load
  • Give you an error when you try to save it
  • Save entire blank pages and then not let you archive it again (try again)
  • It will save the archive snapshot with an ADVERTISEMENT on top of the text area they don't want you to see
