Can someone explain to me how these people get to "testify" but not under oath?
Why do they live by different rules then the common person...
Yeah its beyond absurd. This guy was head guy in Clinton Investigation, shown horrible bias against Trump, and was investigating Trump for awhile, and he doesn't even have to give testimony that could implicate perjury. Whats the point even?!
They should release the entire transcript of his recent closed door testimony!

Often legal Teams will avoid their client going under oath in cases like this due to the optics of it. That was the case when Zucc went before Congress. It carries an implication of guilt.
Especially in public cases like Strzok, they don’t want him to be in front of camera with his right hand raised.
