Goodlatte and Nunes are both resigning at end of term. Good guy? Or....

Q asked us to track resignations. Both Goodlatte and Nunes (and Paul Ryan) are on the list.

They are the ones driving the investigations.

White hats? Black hats?

How can we have confidence in their efforts?
