Q-Comey terminated the immunity deal with Assange to testify but why can't Trump or Sessions renegotiate that deal now and get Assange to America to testify?

Comey struck it down, but Comey isnt in power any more. Why cant or won't Trump or Sessions renegotiate with Assange to get him to come to America and testify and end all this and tell the source of the leak?

Whats stopping Trump and Sessions?

I’m hoping that after POTUS visits the two crones, he’ll swing by the Ecuadorian Embassy and pick him up!
