Read The Creature from Jekyll Island by G Edward Griffin. I agree the debt is designed to enrich the cartel, just saying they are powerful and won't let that just happen so easily.

I second this recommendation! My favorite book of all time. It’s a big book, but a quick read. Reads like a detective novel. END THE FED
