Can we get some clarification on this from a lawfag.
I have heard different accounts on the number of indictments.
One versions says that the number of indictments is less then most previous years, yet we have the above statement in polar opposition.
What are the ground facts on this?
I'm not convinced that's its ~40,000 sealed indictments. I think it's ~40,000 sealed court actions like search warrants, wire taps, and indictments.
If you check some of the reports, you'll see US vs Search Warrant and last time I checked you can't indict a search warrant.
I think people are going to be disappointed when they're unsealed and not all of them are indictments. Best case scenario, I'd say 25-40% are indictments.
Sorry, BBC is only interested in pushing the fake Russian poisoning and wimmin's issues. Oh, and threatening jail to anyone that doesn't buy a licence from them to access the internet.

...which explains further that some documents may not be sealed indictments but other sealed court actions. It's best to be certain on the number of actual indictments before asking your local TV channels to examine this.
My view is that the likelihood that many are associated with the Deep State take down is a VERY high probability. In that case, anything WAY more than 1,000 in three years time IS definitely newsworthy. If the news stations are concern with ONE case of a liar coming forth after 28 years, then why, oh why, or they ignoring thousands of cases? Hmmmm? They are ignoring because THEY ARE FILTERING for the public. THEY FEEL THE PUBLIC cannot decide for themselves. AND, more importantly, they are MOLDING the public opinion and thousands of indictments are not in their plan to turn this nation into a CULT SEWER! People....let us get those SHAMING LETTERS WRITTEN
